About Us
We had an incredible engagement in Italy, surrounded by olive trees and friends. It was a magical evening that we’ll never forget.
We returned home to Sydney and started planning our wedding. While we knew it would be expensive to get married, we started adding up the costs and it was getting outrageous. The “wedding tax” was real.
Since we were also saving money for a house in the ridiculously priced Sydney real estate market, it started making less and less sense to have an elaborate, expensive wedding that would cost us tens of thousands of dollars.
Instead, we started looking at alternatives like eloping and that’s when Eloped was born! We realized you could have a beautiful day with your nearest and dearest for a fraction of the cost.
Our mission is to open up Australia’s eyes to the benefits of eloping over having a big expensive wedding.
What We Do
We put together elopement packages for Australians around the country. That starts by helping couples pick the perfect location and get a permit (if necessary). Your elopement planner from Eloped will take any input you have as a couple and recommend the best places to elope.
From there we match them with our incredible vendors. All packages include an amazing celebrant and everything else is added on from there. We highly recommend photography so you can have pictures to share with your friends & family, and have photos that you can look back on.

Where We Do It
Our company is based out of Sydney, NSW but we help elope couples around the country. We run elopements in Adelaide, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Canberra, Melbourne.. the list goes on. Our network of vendors are ready to help make your big day extra special, regardless of where you want to get married.
