Adelaide Botanic Gardens is a large parkland in the heart of the city, with manicured gardens, walking trails, and many specialised plant collections. Founded in 1856, the Gardens are one of Adelaide's most popular tourist attractions and are home to over 10,000 different plant species. The Gardens also feature several historical buildings, including the Palm House (1875) and the Bicentennial Conservatory (1988). It has nine potential ceremony sites (Summerhouse, Cycad Collection, Palm House Lawns, Barber Shop, International Rose Garden, Araucaria Avenue, North Lodge Lawns, Economic Garden, and Sunken Garden) for your elopement or small wedding. On a beautiful day, it's an incredible place to have your wedding ceremony.

Auchendarroch House and Tavern is a historic hotel that was originally built in the 1800s but has been fully restored to its former glory. It is located in Mount Barker in North Adelaide and is just 30 minutes from the CBD by car. They host larger weddings but also have options for elopements or small weddings. There are ceremony-only packages in their stunning gardens. Get married and have a lovely meal afterwards at the tavern!

It's an easy place to have your wedding and we highly recommend considering it.
